Chile Earthquake Caught on Tape 27 Feb 2010 A massive earthquake has hit central Chile and killed at least 708 people, the interior minister says. The 8.8 quake caused widespread damage, destroying buildings, bridges and roads in many areas. Electricity, water and phone lines were cut.

Why do people think quakes are being caused by HAARP??? There’s an average of one 8+ quake per year and more than 17 quakes of 7-8/year. 3.6million watts pinpointed into space is interesting but I really don’t see how that can cause the movement of 6.6 sextillion tons (weight of the earth). Some people thrive on conspiracy. USA winds up flipping the bill for most quake relief around the world – why would be cause them??
