Reuters – LUXEMBOURG/ZURICH (Reuters) -A court ruling on Thursday is likely to mean UBS avoids direct compensation claims from investors who lost money to fraudster Bernard Madoff in a fund the Swiss bank had set up, and may save HSBC from similar suits.
